A Plot Behind Free Trade

U. S politicians and some economists are continued to force RMB up. They make American believe that when products make in China are expensive jobs will be back. They fool us without feeling shame. Apparently American business companies will not come back but move to other countries when RMB is too high to bring in profit for them. Free trade is not practical and not fair in the very beginning because Americans are not ready to live in the stander that the other people live. Capitalists promote free trade for maximizing their profit. How can they give it up easily?

See how different the living standers are. Today, housing price in the cities of China is at least $250 per square foot. Someone compared the average price of ten kinds of merchandises, banana, tomato, egg, milk, meat and gas in Boston and Hangzhou, China. They found out that the price in China is 11.2 RMB and the price in the United States is 7.6 RMB. However, person’s average income in China is $4024 a year and in Boston is $32,255 a year. Wealth fare check plus food stamp that U.S government gives to our poorest people is $900 a month and the Chinese have less than $340 income a month. It is obvious that we cannot accept the salaries rate and living standers that the Chinese have. So, how can we expect that our products to beat the products make in China? If we can’t, why do we let our market sell any products that import to here? Free trade must result in job losing in U.S and the capitalists knew that clearly in the very beginning. They exploit foreign labors by playing with currency rate. They make profit in our market and walk away without creating jobs.

We force RMB up because the prices of their products are too low. Actually force them to increase price is easy. We can simply charge them tax. When the costs of their products are increased their market prices will be increased. Taxing them will bring in direct incomes for our government. Why we didn’t do it all these years? It is because increase importing tax will cut down our business companies’ profit as well. Forcing RMB up can let the Chinese take all the lost alone.

By printing dollars we can force RMB up and squeeze back all the profit they made. They got 5% to 10% profit in free trade and 65% of their foreign currency saving are dollars. When our dollars go down 30% they saving for dollar will loss 30%. In this way we can easily rob the whole world. That is why Germany said printing dollars is another way to control currency rate.

The Chinese government will be regret one day that they tied their people’s belts to exchange for papers – dollar. The Chinese are being exploited seriously. If we care about human right and we are fair we should encourage the Chinese businesses to increase salary but not force RMB up. Increase labor cost will bring up products prices. On that way products make in China cannot take over our market easily.

It is said the way that we calculating importing products is tricky. For example, the market price of one IPod is two hundred dollars in the United States. $ 160 is profit for the Apple Company and retail stores. About $35 are material cost shared by U.S and Japanese material suppliers. Only $4 is installing fee pay to the Chinese that cover the labor costs and their capital investment return. However, on the book it records that China imported a product that worth $150 to the United State. It hides a fact that the American Business companies are the biggest winners in the age of free trade. They let American blame on the Chinese. In the other hand, in 2008, U.S companies had 146.7 trillion dollars products sold directly in Chinese market and they were not recorded as exported products.

Actually we are not only have trade deficit with China we have deficit with 90 other countries in this world. According to data that the Chinese provided in 2010 their import from U.S is increased 36% compare with 2009 and 2009 is increase 16% compare with 2008. China is the second big imported country in the world. They point out that America lost about 100 billion dollars for we prohibiting high tech products export to China in the last 7 years. in 2001 18.3% of high tech products that China imported were from U.S and in 2008 only 7% are made in U.S.

On whole in the age of free trade American businesses are the biggest winners. Products from oversea double their earnings and they don’t have to pay tax for that. They make profit in our market and they don’t bother to create jobs. All they need is to set up a target to release American’s anger and the target is China.
