I have some information in hand that tells how much money U.S, China and Russia spent on their military budgets and how much military equipment that these countries own. From these data we can tell easily who wants wars more.

In 2010, U.S military budgect was 636 billion dollars. China spent 78 billion dollars and Russia spent 16.3 billion dollars.

U.S has 1.5 million soldiers. China has 2.3 million soldiers and Russia has 1.3 million soldiers.

U.S has 2,300 air planes. China has over 2,000 air planes and Russia has 2,400 air planes.

U.S has 11 Aircraft Carriers. China has none and Russia has one only.

U.S has seventy nine thousand nuclear warheads. China has four hundred nuclear warheads and Russia has fourteen thousand nuclear warheads.

U.S has 191 different kind of military ship. China has 136 and Russia has 59.

The above data shows that Chinese military expenses is more than all the other countries. However its budget is still lot less than the United States’. China has no military bases near America and it has no aircraft carriers as well. It means that in no way China will attack Americans’ homeland.

I am sure Chinese government doesn’t like war is because wars benefiting them nothing. In China military industry belongs to the government, when wars turn funds into bombs no private powers get profit in the process. They know their people are still poor. Even corrupted government leaders will feel sorry that fund that can used for improving people’s live are spent in war. That is why Chinese leaders mentioned about peace when they visited Europe. The major reason Hu visited United States in January 2011 was to announce that China is not going to be the enemy of American.

However, pictures relate to United States is totally different. All the U.S military industry belongs to private companies and maybe be are controlled by a few families. When there are wars some people can get contracts from the government and make huge profit through that. Conflicts between countries can benefit them a lot as well. Think about how much they can earn if Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India and China all buying weapons from them. When little Bush run for president election in 2004 he got 10 million dollars donation from twenty five arm companies in the United States. When Cheney was the Vice President, the arm company his wife worked for had the most contracts from the government. Some people in the Untied States obviously get benefits in wars.
By common senses we can tell who need wars more. Wars are always bad for people include for American. If U.S government doesn’t have to spend the 636 billion dollars on the military budget annually its 1.4 trillion dollars debt can be wipe off in three years.

We should put things in mind that no country is able to threaten America and we don’t need that much millitary budget. We should keep an eye on those making related rumors. They are the dangers group who want to make money in wars. We should send them to hell upon they open their mouths to create conflicts. We are suffered enough for wars. The Chinese are our business components but not enemies who deserve to be hit in wars. There will be no wars if America doesn’t make one. That means we should simply cut our defending budget to meet our economic need. This is why it is so important to know who wants wars more.
